How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@ventivo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
