What is the Breziva AeroGlow™?
The AeroGlow™ is a portable, rechargeable handheld cooling fan designed for people on the go. It delivers a smooth, controlled airflow that keeps you feeling fresh and confident — whether you're commuting, traveling, or out in the summer heat — all without disturbing your finished makeup look.
Will it ruin or smudge my makeup?
Not at all. The AeroGlow™ is designed with a controlled, gentle airflow — not a harsh blast of air — so it refreshes you without disturbing your foundation, blush, or setting spray. It's built to be used while getting ready and for touch-ups throughout the day.
How long does the battery last?
The AeroGlow™ features a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery. On lower settings, you can expect 6–8 hours of continuous use. On higher settings, around 2–3 hours. It charges easily via USB-C — just plug into any power bank, laptop, or wall adapter.
How do I charge it?
Simply connect the included USB-C cable to any USB power source — a power bank, laptop, car charger, or wall plug. A full charge takes approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Is it quiet enough to use in public?
Yes. The AeroGlow™ operates at approximately 36dB on standard settings — roughly the level of a quiet library or soft rainfall. It's discreet enough to use in an office, classroom, café, or on a plane without drawing attention.
What colors is it available in?
The AeroGlow™ is currently available in three curated colorways: Gunmetal Noir, Desert Sand, and Forest Mist. Each is designed to look beautiful on a vanity or peeking out of a handbag.
Will it fit in my bag?
Absolutely. The AeroGlow™ is compact and lightweight — designed specifically for everyday carry. It fits comfortably in most handbags, totes, and backpacks.
Is it safe to use on my face and skin?
Yes. The AeroGlow™ produces a natural, gentle airflow — no water, no chemicals, no irritants. It's safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and Australia. Shipping is free within the US; international orders ship for a flat $6.99. We're expanding to more countries soon.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days for the US and 10–18 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are collected at delivery or customs clearance, separate from what you pay at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can open and briefly test your AeroGlow™ — if it's not right for you, contact us at hello@breziva.com within 30 days of delivery. The product must come back clean, undamaged, and with all original accessories. For preference-based returns, the customer covers return shipping; if your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the full cost. Always email us first to get return instructions.
