At Breziva, we want you to absolutely love your AeroGlow™. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at hello@breziva.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps. We make the process as smooth as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your AeroGlow™ arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@breziva.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or color, contact us immediately and we'll ship the correct item to you at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
